By creating an account or using RetailNode, you agree to these terms and our related policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
RetailNode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your lawful business operations in accordance with your subscription plan.
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform integrity, or use RetailNode for unlawful purposes.
Fees, plan limits, and billing terms apply as described at signup or in your order. We may update features and these terms with reasonable notice where required.
