End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) sets out the licence terms under which you may install and use RetailNode software applications, including mobile and desktop clients.
RetailNode grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for your internal business purposes, subject to your plan and these terms.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the software except where applicable law expressly allows.
The software is licensed, not sold. RetailNode retains all intellectual property rights in the application and related materials.
The licence ends if you stop using the service, cancel your account, or breach this EULA. On termination you must stop using and remove local copies of the application.
