Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies to business customers where RetailNode processes personal information on behalf of the customer as a operator/processor.
The customer determines the purposes and means of processing as responsible party/controller. RetailNode processes personal information only on documented instructions, except where required by law.
RetailNode will implement appropriate security measures, ensure confidentiality of personnel, and assist the customer with reasonable data subject request support where applicable.
Sub-processors may be used to deliver the service. RetailNode remains responsible for sub-processor performance under this DPA.
Upon termination, RetailNode will delete or return personal information in accordance with the agreement and applicable law, except where retention is legally required.
