This Acceptable Use Policy describes permitted and prohibited uses of RetailNode services.
You may use RetailNode only for lawful business operations and in line with your subscription and our policies.
Prohibited activities include fraud, abuse, harassment, distributing malware, attempting to breach security, scraping without authorisation, spam, and any illegal activity.
You must not upload or process content that infringes third-party rights or that you are not authorised to handle.
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, customers, or the public.
